I have been a personal trainer since early 2019. Prior to working as a trainer, I was a stay at home mom for 10 years and completed by Bachelors Degree in Nutrition Science during that time. I starting lifting weights about a year after my last daughter was born and I lost 50 lbs. I spent a little over 2 years working out alone in a corporate gym before I stepped into the CrossFit world. Although I enjoyed that for another 2 years or so, I didn’t love all parts of it and wanted to pursue more strength training and Olympic weightlifting as both an athlete and a coach. That journey brought me to Beardown in 2020 and this has been the place where my passion has bloomed.

Though I work with all different people and age groups, my true passion is to work with women. I believe young girls and women struggle too much today with body image issues and I am passionate about showing them how confident they can be in their skin when they realize how strong and capable they really are. I also strive to show my clients a better way to live by encouraging healthy and sustainable habits that will last a lifetime. It’s never too soon or too late to start and it’s brings me absolute joy to be a positive part of peoples lives.
