Along with our monthly Membership, Beardown Strength and Conditioning offers a wide variety of classes and programs including: Private Training, Small group training, functional fitness classes, sports performance training, Online training, Personalized Nutrition Plans, Barbell Club, Olympic Lifting, and Much More.
Meet the Team
Chris Davis holds many certificates and always is learning more to help his clients reach goals. He currently holds a Crossfit Level 1, USA Weightlifting, Aerobic Capacity Cert. and has years of experience as an athlete himself and training athletes of all ages. He has been a trainer for over 11 years. He trains everyone from extreme weight loss clients, college and high school athletes, kids, and anyone looking to get stronger, leaner, faster and better! He has been certified and did schooling through ISSA as well. Chris also has experience training around injuries in clients and is patient with helping them still reach goals. He takes great pride in what he does and always gives his clients 110%.
Dani Davis is a certified nutritionists and experienced in guiding people with plans that fit their busy lifestyle. Whether they are a stay at home mom, a traveling professional, or a commuter, we can help find a nutrition plan they can turn into a lifestyle. She is a working mom of 3 and understands busy life and how important meal prep is. There will be a lot of focus and guidance in this area on the Beardown Transformation System. Whether its logging food, counting macros, counting calories, full paleo, whatever fits you, BEARDOWN can help you. Chris and Dani love what they do, LOVE to see people succeed, and helping others.
Kevin is dedicated to providing members assistance in reaching their fitness or nutrition needs. He has experience in individual/group fitness programming (personal training, boot camp, CrossFit, functional bodybuilding) and individual/group nutrition coaching (Paleo, Keto, Whole30). Kevin is very PASSIONATE about what he does and proudly provides the personal and expert attention that all his clients need.
Sophia Riviere is a certified personal trainer and former collegiate volleyball athlete who has a passion for helping people of all backgrounds and abilities achieve their fitness goals. She specializes in strength training and HIIT-based workouts that suit everyone from beginners to advanced athletes. Sophia understands that proper nutrition is a vital component in one’s fitness journey and is excited to teach her clients how to incorporate healthy choices into their daily lives. She is completing her final semester at California State University San Marcos to obtain her BS in kinesiology and also has experience working with physically-disabled patients as a physical therapy aide.
