GET TO KNOW BRITTANY

 

My name is Brittany Peterson and I am a Certified Athletic Trainer. I am a performance coach, personal trainer, and a Sports Rehab Specialist.

WHAT I DO

I graduated from SDSU in 2013 with a degree in Kinesiology emphasis in Athletic Training. I passed the California boards in the same year and began working as a certified athletic trainer. I have worked with youth athletes, collegiate athletes and was the head athletic trainer for a men’s professional soccer team for their inaugural season in 2020. I have focused in on my body work therapy for the last four years and am loving every minute of it.

I specialize in sports rehab and body work which consists of deep tissue massage, cupping and scraping therapy, joint mobilizations and therapeutic and corrective exercises. I focus on one-on-one, personalized care and love helping people get back to doing what they love. I personally know what it is like to get brushed under the rug with an injury and not be able to get back to my sport. Since then I wanted to change the approach and make sure that if someone came to see me for an injury or maintenance work, I would be committed and invested in their health. Health and fitness are a very personal journey and whether it’s fixing an injury or helping someone reach their fitness goals with private training, I am dedicated to the process and making sure you get the treatment and guidance you deserve.
